Laura's room

Hi! My current flatmate (38M) and I(29F) are relocating to live closer to work, and are looking for a few others to join us! The potential house is four spacious rooms (all fit queen beds + more furniture).

The first room is a double room with wardrobe ($200p/w) The second room is the master + full ensuite ($250p/w) Other than the ensuite, the house has a bath, shower, and second downstairs toilet. The house, aside from bedrooms, will be fully furnished but no tv as we don’t use one. Lounge will be more library vibe, but happy if someone wants to set up their tv there. There is also a dishwasher, and a heatpump. Fridge, washer and dryer are provided by me, happy to have fair share use.

We are both quiet professionals working full time in highbrook. I do health & safety, he is an engineer. We also have three cats who are friendly, but not looking for more pets in the household.

For the most part we keep to ourselves and prefer a quiet lifestyle - nothing more rambuncious than a boardgame night. We are looking for other quiet individuals, who we get along well with.
