FIRST TWO WEEKS OF ACCOMMODATION FREE!
I have a room available in Wellington City located on Church Street. The room is available from November 21st, 2022, to the lease end on January 29th, 2023. Rent is $270 per week ($540 per fortnight) excluding expenses.
The room is large, but unfortunately unfurnished - The first two weeks are paid to give you plenty of time to move in, and extra cash to get a bed and any extras for the room.
The room is located in a 6-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with a large living space.
The bond is just under 4 weeks of rent at $1000.
