Hi everyone! I am moving out of my current flat and looking for someone to come in as a replacement. The flat is a 3 bed 1 bath house in Glen Innes with a huge backyard. We’re close to supermarkets and shops as well as the Panmure and Glen Innes train station, and there is a bus stop with a line direct to the city right outside the door. We’ve got all the standard kitchen and bathroom facilities as well as a washing machine. We are looking for a young professional in their 20s, who’s tidy and thinks they’ll match the vibe. The room itself can fit a double bed comfortably, or a queen (a bit more of a squeeze) along with a desk and drawers etc. It also has a in-built wardrobe and gets some good morning sun. Rent will be $212 which includes contributions to flat consumables (soaps, TP etc) and lawn services. Expenses like the electricity, water and wifi bill will be split evenly between tenants. No smokers, no couples, so sorry!

You would be living with a young professional couple (mid-20s) both working in the engineering industry. The flat vibe is a good mix of social chats and well-respected alone time. We also have a flat dog named Luna! She’s a bit of a social butterfly herself and loves people. She can be quite excitable but will calm down to match the energy. This means, however, that we can’t have any other pets as a part of our tenancy agreement. This also means that if you are a dog fan then this is the flat for you!
