Bob's room

a furnished room in Waihi, with double bed and draws plus wardrobe, good size room, will have access to wifi internet, sky (ideally your own tv but can arrange if wanted). main meals provided, generally cooked by us (simple basic meals), welcome to eat with us or in your own room as you wish (will set up table and chair in room). room on ground floor and close to main bathroom, which we use sometimes, but we also have separate upstairs bedroom and bathroom. we wanting mature single adult in 50s +/-. also will have acess to our main cordless phone, but no toll calls outside new zealand, but free natioanl calls in NZ. can park quiet car in drive or front lawn as arranged.

we are an older married couple in mid/late 60s, we like and insist on peace and quiet and hate noisy cars or music. we very quiet and very private and like clean and tidy, we only talk and use plain english language with no modern rubbish talk.
