Large double room available in a 5 bedroom flat in Takapuna for the summer. Great location right near the motorway and a 5min walk to shops and supermarket. Shared bathroom with 1 other but is also connected to the room like an ensuite. Move in anytime after week of 7th November. Expenses are paid monthly.

The other flat mates are all males between the age of 22-25 who all work full time. A social bunch who like to hang out but are also busy with their own personal lives.
