Looking for a young professional to join our flat! It’s a single room that fits a queen bed comfortably and includes a reasonable sized wardrobe. It is well lit and comfortable. Room comes unfurnished (no bed etc.). The rest of the house is fully furnished.

The flat is in Onerahi (with a gorgeous deck overlooking the harbour!) and available from Saturday 5th November.

Weekly cost is $180 rent + $20 expenses = $200/week.

There is plenty of shared space between the living room, kitchen and a large deck that gets all-day sun. Large driveway for parking. The house is north/west facing, looking back towards the city and close to the cycle path on Riverside Drive. There is storage available downstairs.

We would love to welcome a working professional (20-35) to the house and join the crew!

We are three working professionals (1 couple and 1 guy) who work at a consulting firm. We are social and enjoy the occasional party/friends over for dinners. We enjoy the outdoors, golfing, barbies over summer or just going off and doing our own thing 🙂
