Hey guys I’m looking for someone to take over my single room in a shared, 5-bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. This is a female only flat on 33 Mount Street, Auckland CBD. Opposite from O’Rorke Hall. Available from November 18th

Room is furnished with a king single bed, desk, chair and shelving. There is a large bedroom window, so lots of sunshine 🌞. Open plan shared kitchen/living space, furnished with a dining table, couches, a coffee table, fridge/freezer, microwave and freestanding oven w/ electric cooktop. The apartment has 2 bathrooms with showers, and communal, coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the building, as well.

Rent is $250 per week, this covers hot/cold water, power and unlimited Vodafone Fibre 100mbps wifi. Tenancy needs to be for at least 6 months. Bond is 2 weeks rent.

This apartment is within walking distance of AUT and UoA City campus. Grafton campus is a 14 minute walk away. Walk 7 mins down the road and you’ll be on Queen Street and directly in front of Aotea Square.

Most of the roommates are moving out at the end of November. This apartment is listed as room-only, so new people will move in towards the end of the year or early next year.
