We have a lovely large fully furnished room for $260 a week available (king size room the size of a lounge). In a three three bedroom house. It has a near Queen bed and tallboy and bedside table in it You also have your own small lockable shed out the back where you can put stuff away like your bike , surf board etc. Off road parking. We have a gym in the garage I’m happy to share with you. You will need to meet us to see if you like our place and that it will work. Big back yard nice deck and a couple of peaceful spots . We will not take anyone in before viewing the place . You will need three weeks rent in advance which you use when you hand your notice in and your first weeks rent . Need to pay rent on time and be tidy and clean and do normal chores which we take turns at doing. Clean up after yourself and do normal house hold stuff that needs doing, including sharing the lawns and cleaning.No sm*king. No pets we have a cat already. So we are looking to share long term with an easy going tidy mature person that pays their bills on time . Not very interested in couples but we are open negotiate, same in regards to a single mum with maybe a little one. This is a large home .
