Hey! The room has not been used before, comes with a queen bed, a big vanity with large mirror, and a in wall wardrobe. You’ve got a complete bathroom right next door which is shared with only 2 others, and there’s another complete bathroom downstairs. The room gets good lighting during the day and easy to air out.

There’s 3 of us ( a couple and a guy ) we’re all 19/ nearly 20. We work full time 5-6 days a week. One of us works in Dunedin or Hamilton a lot of the time so the house is always empty. We have a dog who lives part time with us ( either she’s with me or at my dads place ) she’s super human friendly, hypoallergenic, doesn’t shed stink or drool. We love to have a drink Friday & Saturday nights but will be quiet and respectful. The house is 3 story, your room is on the top floor and friends only hang out in the lowest floor so you won’t hear a thing!
