The flat is already set up and comes with everything you need. It’s a two bedroom place with one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/living room and a balcony that overlooks the garden. It’s less than a minute walk to the nearest bus stop and has an off-street car park. It’s right on the edge of a reserve so it’s really peaceful and the garden is full of native birds. Roughly 20 minutes to Wellington Centre by bus and less if you drive. Also a quick drive to Johnsonville and Petone. The room itself is furnished with a bed, bedside tables (x2 if wanted) and a built in wardrobe that has a chest of drawers inside. The room is on the smaller side so would suit someone who doesn’t need space for their own furniture. The living area is cosy and gets heaps of light and the kitchen is modern and has a dishwasher and coffee machine. The flat sits between two others but the neighbours are quiet and I’ve had no issues with them. Unfortunately as this is a two storey place and also has a few stairs to the front door it is not accessible for those who use wheelchairs.

I’m a 28 year old kiwi and work in the public sector. Once I’m home from work I like to just chill with a book, play some video games or watch a movie. Always happy to chat but otherwise I mostly keep to myself so if you like your quiet then this place should suit you! Come the weekends I’m usually out catching up with friends.
