Beautiful sunny room up for grabs in Kelburn!! The room has a beautiful view out to the valley, overlooking raroa road and part of norna crescent. It’s a spacious room, easily fits queen bed and couch for me! The heater is decorative now but a mantle / shelf. Heating system is instead a new central vented system. There’s two showers, two toilets, and two bathrooms. There’s free parking right by the house, and located 5 minutes from kelburn shops or 15 minutes from the aro valley shops!
About the roomies
You’ll be living with four lovely girls ! They are all students who’ve now finished study for the year. Lovely and sociable, but also respectful and quiet.
