Stacey's room

Due to our flatmates moving out of Auckland we have 2x rooms available in our newly built townhouse in Hobsonville Point. We are looking for a friendly, tidy and fun flatmate to join us.

1 x double bedroom with built-in double wardrobe. $190 per week + $25 expenses per week. (Single)

1 x larger furnished double bedroom with a built-in double wardrobe and a desk nook. $225 + 25 expenses per week (Couples: $285 + 35 expenses per week)

The house itself is fully furnished and one room is furnished with a bed, desk and bookcase if needed. The other bedroom will be unfurnished. The room fits a queen or double bed, a bedside table and either a desk or drawers.

Ideal Flatmate: respectful, friendly, tidy, non-smoker. Someone that is happy to socialise but also likes their own space too.

Cats/dogs and couples can be considered depending on the situation.

Currently, there are two girls living here in our 20’s and 30’s.

We work full time and we like socialising and having friends over but we are also happy to have our own space too. We enjoy going to the gym, tennis, playing games, music, creative activities and gaming among other things.

We are not wanting this to be a party house.
