single room, fenced off yard so if you have a trained cat or dog shouldnt be a problem, shared kithen/bathroom. i have turned the shed into a gym which you are free to use. i dont have a specific date for someone to move in. my room mates are looking to buy a home and getting that sorted first.

hey im michael im 28 years old. I work all day and then pretty much keep to myself when i am home, so the lounge and tv is always free to use and you can watch whatever you like lol. im pretty chill so as long as you are tidy clean person that cleand up after youself there wont be any complaints from me
