Furnished double rooms available to let within a large, apartment on a lovely quiet cul-de-sac in Churton Park. I’m looking for easy going, clean and tidy professionals to join 3 professional males minimum 3 month stay.

Sorry, no couples or pets.

Room has a double size bed, tall boy, bedside table and built in wardrobe, $275 per week. Internet, electric, gas and water all included.

There is a shared separate toilet and bathroom but there is an extra toilet and shower downstairs which will be available if needed.

Large open communal area. (kitchen, dining, living area) and a deck with great sun and views.

Excellent bus route into town and a direct train from Tawa, a few mins drive away.

There are currently 3 easy going, quiet, clean and tidy friendly professional males occupying 3 out of 4 of the rooms. I own a business which is on the ground floor (where the other toilet and bathroom is), I’m usually working from 9am till 3pm, separate from the living area. Professionals only please. Sorry, no pets, no couples.
