Lucy's room

Our house is finishing up over the next couple of weeks, with move in scheduled for early-mid December, and we are looking for someone to move in to one of the rooms.

The house is 3 bedroom in Welbourn NP, with two bathrooms and a separate toilet, meaning that you would share a bathroom with the other room. There is a ducted heating and cooling system in the house. The room is a double with a double wardrobe.

Room is $220 per week for a single, including everything but food. We don’t have any up to date pics of the inside, but I can send them when I have them if you want.

Myself and my partner are 24 and 23 respectively and both work full time. We love sport, especially cricket and have a cat called Spot, who enjoys food a little too much.
