Park Road

My current flatmate has moved down south and our current lease ends in March, but I’d be hoping for somebody who’d want to sign for another year after that! Room available in approx two weeks.

This place is in a wonderful location just a couple minutes from the Miramar shops with a bus stop just a minute out the door! There are plenty of great walks around and good access to the city via cycle ways!

You will be sharing the flat with me, I’ve been living here for three years so far and I love it here - I’m a 28 year old male working in the Architecture industry. I’m a very tidy person, and I’m usually home to chill out or work on some projects. I ride motorbikes, cycle, and like to get outdoors, camping etc. I enjoy cooking so would be keen to do some flat meals if interested. Looking for somebody who is easy going and tidy, some shared interests would be a bonus!
