Savannagh's room

The room is quiet and attractively furnished with queen bed and wardrobe. It is off the cosy second floor lounge which has great mountain views and aircon/heating. There is a large combined bathroom/toilet for guest’s use. I have separate facilities. Downstairs is another lounge with dining room, kitchen, TV and WC. There is a carport available. The house is 2 kms from the trendy Clyde village, Central Otago, close to Dunstan Hospital, 10 mins drive to Alexandra, 20+ mins to Cromwell, 60 mins to Queenstown. The famous Clyde rail trail and Dunstan cycle tracks are only minutes away and the area has lots of sporting and social attractions.

I am retired, like to socialise with local friends, and also spend time away in Auckland and overseas. I’m a friendly, quiet, independent person and a non-smoker, but I don’t mind if you smoke outside. Adjoining the house is a separate studio occupied by a really nice guy from South America who works in a local restaurant. He is quiet and considerate.
Willoughby Place is a small enclave off Chandler Crescent. It is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood. The 7-12 months length of stay can be reduced or extended by agreement.
