Hamilton Road

A warm medium sized room. It can comfortably fit a Double bed or Queen Sized bed. Comes unfurnished but has a small wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Kitchen is full of everything you might need. There is a room in the back next to the kitchen that we use for storage. The lounge is big and has a really good view. We are on the 2nd story. The flat is an easy 10 minute walk to the Kilbirnie and Hataitai shops and close to Pak’n’Save. Power and internet is $75-$90 per month. Street parking is available. The driveway is reserved for the downstairs tenants. No pets allowed but there is a dog that lives downstairs.

There will be 2 other flatmates. Sam(male) and Ashlee(female). Both are really friendly and up for a good yarn every now and then. We are not a party flat but everyone likes to chill out with a couple of drinks every now and then.
