Spacious double room with lots of natural light. Two big windows that open so plenty of ventilation along with desk, chair and chest of drawers. Back side of the house so during winter there is natural light too. There is a wardrobe built into the wall that has hanging space. The property as a whole is newly renovated so feels clean and modern inside. Large shared bathroom with both bedrooms upstairs and then open plan living and kitchen downstairs. There is a toilet downstairs next to the kitchen which is where the washer and dryer unit is. We are the end of a terrace so we have a very small garden area that has a table and chairs that sits in the sun! 5 minute walk to the bus stop on Frankton Road, 5 minute journey into town. Lovely modern well lit house. There is a no smoking policy, no pets allowed nor parking unfortunately. There may be off street parking in streets around us but we have not looked into that yet. The price is for a couple rent, we would lower the price for a single person. And the security deposit is based on 4 weeks rent. Our new roommate will have to register with our property management company too so that they have your contact details as well.

Myself and my partner are in our late twenties and mid-late thirties and looking for a similar aged single person or couple to rent the second room in our house. We both have full time jobs in town, we are a sociable couple looking to create a life and home here in QT for the next year or so. We want to maintain living in a clean and tidy home.
