This house has fantastic sunny views from lounge and top deck facing the South Island and very private . I have one double room with fantastic views to Island Bay and the South Island.
Public Transport can accessed by either walking to the top of Volga Street or to the bottom to Island Bay shopping center via Avon Street. Island Bay shopping center, New World, Takeaways , Cinema , cafes, butchers, pubs, tennis club, schools, beach , golf club, sports field, Wellington Hospital, Airport and city are all within 10 - 15 minutes bracket if you want to walk.
About the rooms Potentially I have 2 rooms available. One double room suitable for a couple ($400) or a smaller room suitable for one person ($290-$300).
Preferred flatmate Looking for a couple to enjoy this house. At times the house will seem like no one there split on 2 levels.
About the roomies
3 x professional flatmates I work as an IT Manager and own the the house living with a Law Student at Vic and a Property Manager
