Within walking distance to shops, New World, bus, ferry and beach. Off street parking, fibre, water, power included. Dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board.

Respectfulness, quietness and cleanliness a must. Sense of humour a plus. Good diet, non smoker and positive attitude desirable. I work full time and study part time so hardly here but happy to share a meal once per week. No personal questions and take turns with housework week on/off each for mopping and shower etc.
