It’s a beautiful, newly built house (just under 1 year old) just around the corner from Sylvia Park (5 min drive) and Countdown. The house is a 3 minute drive to the Sylvia park or there is a bus stop available within a 3 minute walking distance to catch 298 to travel to the Sylvia Park mall which allows access to public trains as well.
The rooms are spacious and has good storage! There is also an extra open study/office room. The house is unfurnished however it does consist of an oven, dishwasher and stove.
The house has two bathrooms and a guest toilet.
