Come home and feel the stress fall off. Room in Rangitahi Raglan in brand new artistic home. Relaxed artistic, surfers, musicians. Rent includes reasonable power usage, water, wifi, gas hot water. Includes a cleaner every two weeks !! Employed or student would be great. 100 metres to a basketball court and tennis court. Rangitahi Raglan has beautiful walk ways, easy to walk into town or ride your bike. Beautiful view and great deck to relax on great coffee machine.

Very chilled out people who have moved to Raglan for the surfing, outdoors or art culture. This is a whanau style home, we sometimes have shared flat dinners, eat good kai, drink good NZ wine and have great laughs. Large lounge/kitchen with room to chill out and chat or just hang out in your room, if you prefer. Essentially a place where people feel relaxed and welcome. Inside there are three other flatmates, one couple in the main room with their own ensuite and one other flatmate in the other double room.You would share bathroom with one other. All professional and working. I’m an art teacher, I live between two houses so I stay in the outside room part of the week. We recycle where we can and look after our planet. I have started planting out gardens, next step is a vege garden so you can grow your own greens 😀
