A double room available mid December on Johnston street – central location 5 minutes from Lambton Quay and the waterfront.
The room is unfurnished with built-in wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished, incl. washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.The flat is spacious, clean and dry and the room fits a double bed, chest of drawers, bookcases etc.
Rent is $230/week and bills are split equally between the four of us - usually between $50-70/month.
5 minutes from the supermarket and close to bus stops, the train station, cafés, bars etc.
No pets. On street paid parking available.

About the roomies
2nd floor flat of 4 – with 3 great guys currently living here. We’re looking for one person to take the room (no couples). All 3 guys are late 20s, early 30s and all work in the hospitality industry.
