One sunny double room is available for rent from 25 April 2024. The room is in the upper floor and can be furnished or unfurnished - as you prefer. The room has a big window with garden view and a big built-in wardrobe. You will share the bathroom with only one other female flatmate. Rent: $250 rent + $25 expenses per week, including power/water/gas/internet + professional cleaning service for common areas fortnightly + basic cleaning products and toilet rolls. Two big fridge freezers, washing machine and dryer, cookware, plates, cups, cutlery are provided.

House layout: 6 bedrooms, 4 bathroom, big lounge downstairs, small lounge upstairs, 1 main kitchen, 1 small kitchen, 1 extra toilet, big garage. The house was built in 2015, with double glazed windows and well insulated construction, warm and comfy in winter time but also chill in summer. There are plenty of on street parking in front of the house. Public transport : bus station 400m. 5 minutes drive to Ormiston Town Centre, very close to Mission Heights College, Ormiston Junior/Senior College, Botany town Centre 10 minutes drive, bus station 400m

About current flatmates: One couple (Chinese and German), one female from Singapore, 3 male (1 kiwi, 1 Malaysian, 1 Peruvian), all full-time professionals . Yes, you will be living with international flatmates! It’s not a party house, as we are all busy with our own most time and would like to have our own space. However, whenever we meet each other after work in the house, we do enjoy having a nice chat to share stories and travels!

Move-in cost: $775 in total, two week bond $500 + one week rent $275 in advance.
