About the room
A great character villa which has 2 furnished rooms which incl beds , wardrobe spaces and heaters.One room is downstairs and the other upstairs.The upstairs room has a balcony.Location is close to the city but close to the beach too.Newtown is down the road and the hospital and zoo are very close.The bus-stop is very close.There is free street parking easy to find outside.Everyone buys and cooks their own food and at the end of the month the bills are divided up amongst flatmates.Ages of flatmates are between 28 and 60.This is a very clean quiet , organised and tidy house and would suit an organised , clean and tidy person.Definately not a party house .Bond is 2 weeks rent.
About the roomies
All working , independant , quiet but friendly.ages bw 28 and 55.Some people have been in the house for over 6 years .Everyone gets on well but often you wont see people for days
