A great character villa which has a furnished room which incl bed , wardrobe space heater and rug..Location is close to the city but close to the beach too.Newtown is down the road so hospital and zoo are very close.Busstop is over the road.there is free street parking easy to find outside.The room has large north facing windows that get great all day sun , it has a wooden floor.Everyone buys and cooks their own food and at the end of the month the bills are divided up amongst flatmates.The bills are approx $12-$15 in summer and in winter are more depending on heater usage.Ages of flatmates are bw 28 and 55.This is a very clean quiet and tidy house and would suit an organised , clean and tidy person.Definately not a party house .Bond is 2 weeks rent.

All working , independant , quiet but friendly.ages bw 28 and 55.Some people have been in the house for over 6 years .Everyone gets on well but often you wont see people for days
