Temporary accommodation available now until until 7 January 2023. Perfect if you’re a traveller or on a working holiday visa looking for accommodation in Dunedin. Minimum 2 week stay is preferred. Two large sunny rooms available in a house in Wakari. The rooms can come furnished (bed, desk, drawers) if you need it. $160 per week, which includes room rent and power, unlimited fibre internet and trash collection costs. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, and is two stories with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage. The garage is available for storage of bicycles etc and there’s a large garden in the backyard if you’re keen on growing your own veges.

Current flatmates are in their mid 20s to mid 30s and include a nurse (also studying), doctor and healthcare worker. As some flatmates are working night shifts, we’re looking for someone who is respectful of the other flatmates who might be sleeping or studying during the day (ie: this is not a party flat, sorry). We cannot accept couples sorry (unless the couple are willing to pay rent for 2 rooms). Pets and smoking are also not allowed.
