Hey! I’m looking for someone to join me at my long term rental. I have a well established flat, but would welcome you to make it your home too.

This is a two storey townhouse where the first floor is open planned lounge dining and kitchen. Second floor has bathroom, two double bedrooms (mine and the vacant room) and laundry closet type situation.

Room is empty with built in wardrobe, can fit double bed and tall boy furniture. Rest of house is fully furnished but depending what it is can fit more throughout if needed.

I’m no photographer so pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a great place, nice and quiet. Close to Newmarket, Kingsland and CBD and other amenities (Mt Eden Reserve and Eden Park). Really perfect location.

Give me a shout out and we can sort out a viewing work from home most days so am very flexible with viewing availability - respectfully, no time wasters please.

Move in costs will be the standard three weeks refundable bond and two weeks in advance.

Current flatmate: 1 existing flatmate. I’m a male professional that works in Newmarket and at home. Really awesome to live with. I’m pretty chill, respectful and stress free. I’m also social but respects if you need your own space.
