Located on Mt Albert road, Bus stop is just outside the house. The house is also fully furnished and the bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed with all new bedding, a side table, dressing table, a chair, and a inbuilt wardrobe. Very convenient location and close to warehouse, pak n save etc.

Short term/long term no issues Couples are also welcome but rent would be $250 + Expenses
