Mother (mid 50’s) daughter (30). 2 friendly dogs & 1 very shy cat. Very easy going & friendly and respectful of your privacy. Clean, tidy & quiet, we do occasionally like to have a few drinks on the deck come summer time 🙂 We have lived here for almost 8 years, very quiet neighborhood & a great Landlord. We currently have building work going on behind us which can be annoying at times (your room is at the front of the house so less affected) this work should be all finished within a couple of months.
