Double bedroom in Raumati Beach up for rent! The room gets some wicked morning sun, is super warm, double glazed and has a built in wardrobe. The house has gas hot water heating so power isn’t too bad.
The property has a large section, We’ve recently renovated the bathroom, your room and half of the kitchen and will be building a deck early next year.
