We have one double bedroom AVAILABLE NOW at our quirky home in Mount Roskill just off dominion road!

This is a 5 bed , 1 bath flat with 3 girls, 1 guy and 1 🐶 We range in age from 23-28 a mixture of young pro/artists/sometimes students, LGBTQ FRIENDLY 🏳️‍🌈🍃

We all live pretty busy individual lives but all get along supper well and are social with each other when schedules align! But also all just come and go!

The house is fully furnished just bring yourself and your gear for your room as that is unfurnished! It is a decent sized room that could fit a queen, drawers, small table and extras in, plus you have a nice sized wardrobe! The room gets heaps of sunlight throughout the day, there is space for off road parking as we have a huge driveway! Plus a nice sized double garage as a social/creative space/extra storage A bonus is we have GREAT Uber eats options and cheap Ubers to town

Weekly rent is $160 This includes, rent, all utility bills, cleaning supplies, toilet paper and any little extras we find are needed This room is available now so it’s perfect if you need somewhere urgent!
