We’ve secured a beautiful 5br, 3.5bth, 3 lounge executive house in Hobsonville Point and are looking for one more female flatmate to join us.

We have one double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe available! You would have to furnish your own room. The rest of the house will be fully furnished! You’ll be sharing a bathroom with 1 female flatmate. On and off street parking available.

Rent is $200 + expenses (estimated to be 20-30pw). Move in cost would be 1 weeks rent + bond of $840. Available from the 9th of Jan!

You’ll be living with 4 awesome flatmates (3F and 1M aged 20-24) and a very cute and friendly dog 🐶. 2 of us are nurses and 1 is a software engineer wfh and 1 student. We’d love to do flat activities together like movie nights, dinners, games nights or the occasional drink. We also like having our own space and will respect yours too. This is not a party flat.
