About the room

4 bedroom house with garden. Basic furnishings. Near the motorway, Rapaki track and Jurassic Adventures. There is a small bedroom $170pw free now, and a larger room coming up in the next week $180pw. There is a separate office for use if working from home.

About the roomies

Currently two flatmates, one from Japan and one kiwi. There are two cats. We share responsibilities to keep things clean. Gardening is the bane of my existence. Costs for the room is for one flatmate. There may be additional costs for power and wifi for a couple.
