Penny's room

I have a room for rent in a stand alone house that the person would be sharing with one other person. Its a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. The room is not a large room, but should fit a double bed okay, there is a wardrobe in the room and another one in the lounge also. I can supply a single bed in the room with a chest to put clothes in or if the person prefers there is another room upstairs they could use instead, which can be supplied with a single bed and with the chest as well. I can also supply sheets as well if needed. The downstairs room has its own bathroom and a downstairs lounge with a limited kitchen facility. The main kitchen is upstairs, along with washing machine & dryer, dishwasher and off street parking available. I would prefer a non-smoker, but don’t mind a smoker as long as they smoke outside. I have included pictures of the room and downstairs lounge, along with the facilities upstairs that the person would be sharing, and a couple of pictures of the outside of the property. There is a bus stop very close to the house and there is a main bus route that goes directly into the city and back during the week. There is also a burglar alarm to keep the property safe.

I am a quiet person. I like writing, reading, listening to music and I go to the gym regularly, but I also enjoy a good laugh and a chat, as well as alone time too!
