Furnished (except bedrooms) whiteware, internet fibre, large sunny open plan kitchen and living. Two heat pumps. Two bathrooms each shared between two flatmates. Fenced sunny deck. Ample off street parking. No couples, no pets, no smokers. The Room: Double wardrobe. Very sunny large room, upstairs, separate toilet (upstairs) shared with one other flatmate. Large bathroom shared with one other flatmate.

Four friendly laid-back flatmates aged early/mid 20’s. Social but quiet. Looking for a working professional. 5 minutes walk to bus. 10-minute drive to Johnsonville. We get along very well and have a good chat now and then but generally operate independently (cooking etc). Not a party flat, very homely and chill vibe.
