Willowbank .

About the room – The room is in a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment (split over 3 floors) and can come fully furnished or you can furnish it with your own furniture. The apartment is part of the Willowbank complex which provides (maintained) shared outside space, bike sheds and bins. The complex is located close to the Dunedin Botanical Gardens and is approximately a 14-minute walk to the University of Otago. There is also a car park that comes with the flat. WiFi and power are not included and will be split between everyone. The tenancy is for 12 months.

About the current flatmates – We are 4 male university students. One studies neuroscience and genetics and enjoys gaming. Another is a history and geography student who enjoys gaming and sports. We also have a psychology and marketing student who is also a gamer. Lastly, a psychology and gender studies student who enjoys cooking. We all enjoy social time, but we are all very focused on our studies so this is not a party flat. Pets, smoking and vaping are also not allowed.

Our ideal flatmate – We are looking for someone who is no older than 30, respectful, LGBT+ friendly, clean and a ‘team player’ as we want to get along with each other. The tenancy is for 5 people so no couples sorry.
