We have 1 room available with a wardrobe space , queen bed , heater etc. The house is a large old villa in a great neighbourhood , Berhampore set close to the city but also close to the coast.Newtown is around the corner and Island Bay down the road.The hospital and zoo are very close.The house is super organised , clean and tidy .It is very quiet and def not a party house .We want someone who is into healthy lifestyle , this is def not a party house.We like our home being peaceful without drama.Ages of flatmates are from 32 to 58., and everyone works.Everyone buys and cooks their own food and at the end of the month the bills are divided up amongst flatmates.The busstop is right outside and street parking is easy to find and free.Minimum stay is 6 months.No children or pets .2 weeks bond thanks.

Flatmates are bw 28 and 58 yrs old.Friendly , all working .Women and men.some have been here for 5 years.The location is good and convenient so it is a great place to live
