Dinah's room

I have one large room available that is upstairs. You would have use of the bathroom exclusively and there is a smaller room available if the right person wanted a lounge, study, workout room.

Both rooms are upstairs. 250 is for one room and utilities are separate unless negotiated to be inclusive essentially making the weekly amount more.

I am only looking for one extra person. The house is smoke free and I don’t drink alcohol so would not really work well if alcohol is important to you.

I have a dog and cat and love animals. I’m home most days and very friend ok y but also busy so don’t have a strict schedule.
