Emma's room

Hello! Come live in a nice sunny flat located in Mount Cook!! There are stairs down from the main road to assess the property which makes it very private! There is one shared bathroom which is next to the bedroom. There is a beautiful front lawn that gets heaps of sun! We also have an avocado tree. The room is fully carpeted it has a big window and is bright all throughout the day. There is room for a queen-sized bed (most likely a king) a desk and set of draws with heaps of room left over. The flat is fully furnished but the bedroom is not. It is in a convenient location being a 5-minute walk to Massey University and a 10-15 minute walk into the city and several bus stops close by!

I am moving out so I am looking for someone to take over my room. You will live with three females, two students currently doing their masters (22yr) and a young professional (23yr) working full time. They are all super kind and outgoing and also always down for a good time! They enjoy the occasional drink and socialising, but also love their downtime! :)
