Our current flatmate is leaving us to return to Hawkes Bay, So the separate sleepout with its own ensuite is now available. Nice tidy and warm house with light and private section with good indoor-outdoor flow.

Currently a couple from Brazil, a Kiwi and Misty the 1yr labrador pup live here. The Kiwi works week about in Wellington and the Bay of Plenty/Waikato. No pets or smokers.
