Both living area and bedrooms have large windows. A lovely deck on the front of the house, perfect for summer BBQs. Large garage with additional storage and brand new washing machine and dryer. A third living area upstairs is being used as a shared work from home office, so feel free to set up your desk! Plenty of street parking.

Location: Located on Elstree Avenue, Glen Innes. 2 min walk from bus stop to Britomart, 5 min drive to supermarket (and Maccas!), 7 min drive to St Heliers Beach.

We are a chilled house, so not a party house. We are looking for people who are down to socialise over some wine or a coffee, but who also like their own space. Due to the fact it’s a brand new house, we are looking for people who are respectful, clean and tidy, and treat the house like their home. Hamish (Mid 20’s) - I work in banking and enjoy social nights (like a wine and cheese night) but also like my own space and live with my partner.

Aly (Mid 20’s)- I work in marketing and enjoy painting and sewing. Keen to find some awesome people to flat with who enjoy being social but also can appreciate time on their own.

Daniel (Mid 30’s) - Works at Global Fire and has recently started F45.
