Hi there, The good news - my partner and I are moving in together. The bad news - I need to move out of this amazing flat. Situated right next to a bussling bus route (and with off-street parking to boot), this spacious double room is located in a modern 3 bedroom townhouse. With all the modcons (dishwasher, aircon, heat pump, washer and dryer, fibre internet etc etc), this has everything you need, including a huge balcony to make the most of summer. It gets plenty of sunlight and, although the room is not furnished (although I am happy to provide a bed frame and mattress if you want it), the townhouse is! All bills included. You will be living with two 30-something male professionals. Kris works mainly at the office and Jay works mainly from home. Interests range from walks, TV series, movies, doing the Stuff quiz to running and working out at the gym. The guys are both fairly laidback and sociable but also respectful of each other’s privacy. There is no cleaning schedule as we follow the guiding principle of “don’t be a messy jerk” which has worked perfectly so far. Someone like-minded would fit in perfectly.
