Looking for a single professional flatmate in Eltham. Location is walking distance (5mins) to Four-Square and Fonterra and 10 minutes drive to Hawera & Stratford.

$210 per week + utilities Move in cost: 1 week advance and 3 weeks bond

Availability: 2nd week of January 2023

We are currently in the process of renovating the room and should be done by the end of December 2022. Furnishing can be provided if needed at an additional cost.
