Wadestown Road

The room is upstairs above the lounge, the other 2 rooms are down stairs with its on kitchenette which we will utilise a lot more than upstairs one when it comes to your privacy and space.

There is door that closes off the lounge to the rest of the house. Also a toilet upstairs that you’ll mainly use.

We are friendly and want someone comfortable with the room, clean and tidy :)

You’ll be living with 3 others, 2 who work full time and the other studying.
