About the room
For the exterior of the unit - see pictures. Living area and bedroom get a good amount of light throughout the day. Interior photos are unfortunately of a different unit, but the style and amenities are almost identical.
Two minutesβ walk to a bus stop on the 27W route, which gets you to AUT/UoA or the CBD in 30 minutes or so. Also right on the South Western Cycleway!
The flat is part of an apartment block, with one unit above and some separation from the next-door room. Built approximately 18 months ago, so generally nice and modern, dry, well-insulated, etc.
Living area is of a decent size, and with previous tenants moving out, there will be room for new furniture (happy to discuss). The kitchen has gas burners, an oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave, with enough room for your average chef that isnβt too extravagant.
Small deck outside is a nice area to spend the mornings and afternoons as well.
The bedroom available is approximately 2.9 x 2.8 m and fairly similar to the one in the pictures. Open to viewing requests. Enough room for a double bed, side tables and a small-medium desk. Alternatively, a queen bed and side tables will fit nicely, minus a desk or other piece of furniture. Built-in wardrobe has a significant amount of storage capacity as well.
Large floor-to-ceiling window allows in a pleasant amount of light throughout the day, and the top half can be opened for ventilation.
About the roomies
Just one other flatmate (tenant): easy-going early 20s working professional, no-nonsense, mature, and tidy. Enjoy reading and getting around the city on my bike in the weekends.
