An awesome flat dynamic of a group comprised of the Owner Occupier in an external sleepout, a Tradesman Plumber, a Meat Process Worker and a young lady in customer service in her early 20s. We’re a pretty sociable group and most of us share meals frequently. While not a party house we do like to enjoy ourselves and are 420 friendly while not annoying each other or the neighbours. We don’t run a formal duties roster and each does their share while not leaving messes for others.

Internet included, 1/5 of tp, power and gas bill would be around $40 weekly.
