Unfurnished room but the rest of the house is completely furnished. This is definitely not a party flat. The room has a wardrobe. 1x off street carpark or plenty of street parking.

• Bond - 3 weeks rent
• Rent to be paid one week in advanced
• Bills spilt as they come in and $10 a week for toilet paper, cleaning products etc.

Furniture is different to what is in the photos.

Looking for someone who is quiet, friendly, respectable and treats the place like their own, pays rent on time and sticks to a week on week off cleaning schedule. Looking for a female.

You would be sharing the house with one other (myself) female in late 30’s (but a young one) and one friendly cat. I work from home.
