We are looking for: A single to live in our ensuite room (Private room, bathroom and office room) on the second floor.

The room: The ensuite is furnished (double bed), built in wardrobe. Plenty of space to store your clothes (Hang and folded) and belongings. Across the room, you will find a private office room with another built-in wardrobe to store your belongings. You will pretty much have the second floor to yourself. A large outdoor deck area with a BBQ, and space to read, enjoy the sun and relax. A shared kitchen and dedicated space to store refrigerated food and dry foods in a large pantry. We have a laundry area in the garage as well.

About the place: 3 bedroom property situated in a quiet neighborhood in Te Atatu. 5 min drive from the motorway, 5 min drive to grocery stores (PakNsave and Countdown) and Westcity mall. We have a bus stop around the corner from our property, a couple of mins of walking distance. It takes about 30 minutes to get into the city by bus and 15mins drive to the city by car.

You’ll be living with us - we’ll be on ground level!

Parking: There is plenty of parking space on property and off-street parking
