Minimum Stay 1 year. You have your own shower and toilet. The room currently has a basic desk and chair. It has a low double sized bed. If you wanted to place your own bed, the room fits a queen size bed and a desk comfortably. A short walk to beautiful Hagley Park and Riverside and Christchurch City. Gated complex. Modern and warm. No car parking inside the complex only on the road. No smokers. No pets. No couples sorry. No sleepovers. Respectful, quiet and friendly. Bond $420. Rent does not cover power and bills. Internet is $50 each monthly. Power varies dependent on usage and season but from $65-$80 each per month.
